She found that it had vertical blue lines on the screen while streaming shows. I took it back and replaced it with another tv that used an older format. So happy wife happy life.

Other users have reported similar issue. Missed the return window due to other engagements. Not sure if this is due to Fire TV software or something wrong with Insignia.

I explained multiple times that nothing would come up on the screen. They kept telling me to pick a different option for setting it up. There were no options because nothing came up. Then returning it was a hassle. Finally got my money refunded.

Bad TV

(as if some one had blacked out two 7 inch strips in the middle and right of thescreen). The TV was useless.

Crazy line mri tv

Great TV at an affordable price

Bonus is that the remote comes with batteries. I definitely recommend this TV.
