Displayed a random image on start up, wouldn't change it, kept the image on screen even after power was turned off. (Had to pull the plug.) Dec 26 and I'm still waiting for my refund from Best Buy. I'm revising my purchase options from Best Buy.

The installation on the wall mount was very easy since the TV is very light. The image quality is good, and the Fire TV interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use and navigate through the apps and menus. The connectivity options like Bluetooth and Android/iOS mirroring work really well. The only downside is that you need to create an Amazon account to register it and set up the TV. Good cost-benefit ratio

Great price! Love it. So easy to set up. No need to use a Fire Stick so our existing apps were easily installed with the use of a QR code and my iPhone. Great picture. Great sound. I connected a Samsung DVD via HDMI and the tv automatically asked if I wanted to switch to HDMI without me having to proactively switch inputs.
