Cost effective monitor.

Just follow the prompts. Yah right. No prompt to use as a monitor and I'm not a computer guy. After a fifty mile round trip it was running great. With the help of GARY in the Geek squad. Great guy! He knows what customer service is all about. He saved me 6 hours over two visits.

Not a very "smart" TV

Only Comcast helped and it continues to be a problem. I am considering returning the TV and cancelling our Geek Squad service.

And the remote unpaired itself after only 2 weeks and was difficult to pair again.

Charged twice!

The tv was 89 bucks and they put a hold on that amount twice! If i hadnt had extra in my checking acct, I would've been overdrawn!

Great TV...if you don't plan on moving it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to go with a Best Buy branded TV for a nice upgrade for price, and because it included Amazon Fire TV as well. I had a recent mishap where I tried movie the TV and pinched one side of it, causes a dent in the screen and now it's unusable. As much as I like the bezels on a TV to be slim, it also has to have a durable screen (even if it's cheap). Maybe that's Insignia's way of telling me to upgrade my tech.
