    Bad Remote Controll

    Bought this just over a month ago (Nov 5th) and the remote has stopped working. So far the TV has worked as expected but given the very short life span of the remote, we shall wait and see. To get replaced, I have to make an appointment to bring it in. Not worth the time.

    Not able to recommend this TV because it arrived with the screen absolutely shattered. Im not sure if this was an error during the delivery process or if it was boxed up this way or stored incorrectly at the warehouse… Despite at least made it easy to return this no questions asked, still not a great experience .

    I should have listened to the reviews. Poor quality. Had to return it on day 3 as the picture would freeze and the sound would go full blast playing the static sound after 20 minutes of use. Remote and button wouldn't work. Had to pull power cord. This behavior continued to repeat, so I returned it. Read the reviews - you get what you pay for...avoid Insignia as the reviewers warn.

    Was fine for a few weeks. Now I’m waiting up to 2 minutes for a streaming show to start playing. My WiFi speed exceeds 2.5 gigs. So that’s not the problem.

    Terrible I returned 1 out of 3 brand new and decided to just trash the other 2. Remote controls connect to all 3 TV’s so when you changed the channel or volume it affected all 3 TV’s. Additionally, down loading apps and setting up these TV’s are the worst experience. I changed brands and never looked back -

    I purchased 2 of these TVs and neither of them came with remotes. The description said remotes included. I called customer service thinking they could send me remotes. I was told I would need to return them. Closest Best Buy was across town. I ordered them online and it was such an inconvenience. I ended up returning both.

    I myself do not like these fure tvs. Didnt understand what was before bought. When i am FORCED to sign into prime which i dont have in order to do anything on the app, thats when i get irritated. Friend goes to sign their prime in, have to log out entire tv and log in as them. Pointless.

    This is the second tv that the sound went out in under 2 weeks. We are not having it at max volume and its just not worth the hassle anymore

    Never had so much problemconnecting a tv to remote. I called customer service for help only for them to tell me my remote was no good. I am having to return the tv to do an exchange. Not happy.

    Remote control did not work. Best Buy could not fix it in store. Phone representative unable to fix it. Had the tv 3 weeks unable to use it. Buyer beware.

    It’s decent. But the audio is constantly stopping. So you have to hard restart the whole thing for the audio to work again.

    Would not accept my internet password while old TV & the TV I replaced it with both accepted password just fine. Other features also did not work as advertised or simply did not work at all.
