I got it for mother-in-law, and she's happy because it meets her quality standards for picture and sound, and it is pretty easy to use. It's probably a good buy if you are on a very tight budget, but there are better sets for a modest price increase

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV picture is decent but a full notch below in visual quality than 1080p.Easy to set up but the stands are rickety making the TV a little unstable atop a bedroom chest of drawers where it sits.TV lacks an OTA channel listing.Blu Ray and DVD discs show adequate picture quality but nothing above that.I purchased this particuar model because of the price which was 69 dollars on sale.TV is used in my bedroom for occasional use for watching OTA news and Blu Ray/DVD discs.
