I honestly don't recall if it said anything on the purchase saying it was missing a stand because we knew it was a returned product, but that is the only thing that dropped its score for the price.

I like it and more importantly she likes it. I thought there might be an issue picking up certain channels that my mom likes to watch but she hasn't had any issues yet.

Very smart TV with no problems I can see. We bought this for a 2nd TV in our vacation home not wanting to spend a lot and it sure was worth the price!

But my major complaint about the TV is its inferior tuner. I bought this non-smart TV specifically for watching over-the-air broadcasts. It would not receive VHF channels, whereas my old CRT TV, connected to the same exact antenna in the same exact location receives VHF channels easily. Otherwise, for the low price of this TV, I was happy with its simplicity, remote control, picture and sound quality.

I did a search on Bestbuy.com for a Roku TV on Black Friday and this TV came up on sale. It wasn't until I was wrapping them that I realized they aren't actually Roku TVs so they were were returned. I'm pretty frustrated with BestBuy for not having their merchandise labeled correctly on their website.
