Good Basic TV.

It is a fine performer for its purpose. Basic non-smart tv. Easy for her to use as well.

Insignia™ - 32" Class LED HD TV

The tv is very good the only complaint I have is the speakers. Could have been better. Other than that it is a very good tv and had a great price.

Terrible remote control!

The Volume and Channel controls (which you use ALL THE TIME) are at the bottom of the remote. The section that controls the Advanced Features are in the middle WHERE THE VOLUME AND CHANNEL BUTTONS SHOULD BE making you have too adjust the remote in your hand too use those items HORRIBLE!!!!!
