    Dear customer service I Purchased a TV from your store at Plymouth meeting pa for Christmas time I wrapped it up for my son for his Christmas present so I opened it up to mount it on the wall I got a TV was already opened had no remote no stand so pretty much what I bought was just a TV that it was a return item and you guys re-sold it online as a brand new TV And I think that is the most disrespectful thing that anybody could ever do is trying to resell the TV has a brand new TV knowing that there is no remote and no stand in the box
