    Died right at 2 years when the extended warranty died. No picture, no sound, nothing. Just went. Has been plugged into a surge protector the entire time. Tried multiple things to revive it and zero. zip. Apparently this is a disposable TV. Really bad for the climate. Would not recomment.

    TV Monitor is great, but delivery was a mess. They've started using a service similar to Door Dash and the delivery was scheduled to arrive after office hours on a Friday. I tried to stop this and couldn't. The order ended up being canceled and I reordered for curb side pickup.

    The volume is erratic. we put this unit in our bedroom and you can be listening at a normal sound and then suddenly it goes wide open. I'd appreciate any help

    Remote broke in 3 months

    Bought this tv as a gift for an elderly relative. The tv worked great for 3 months then the remote stopped working. Tried replacing the batteries still would not work. Probably would not purchase this brand again due to the problems it has created for my family member.

    Don't buy this junk or anything from Bestbuy. This junk tv needed firmwware update...try finding it on bestbuy site. The menu screen fleshes on all the time and volume revs up all the way at times. What a pile of junk. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I buy anything from Bestbuy.
