They've started using a service similar to Door Dash and the delivery was scheduled to arrive after office hours on a Friday. I tried to stop this and couldn't. The order ended up being canceled and I reordered for curb side pickup.

She opened the box and there was no remote control. I called customer service and could barely understand the agent. Sounded half-asleep. Kept asking me for my receipt and got into an argument since I didn’t have a receipt…”how could I have a receipt when I bought it online?” She said she couldn’t help me without a receipt…which has the order number on it. “Well, I have the order number, it’s right here on my Best Buy account on Best Buy’s website!” She said, if you have the order number, then why didn’t you give it to me? “Because you asked me for a receipt! Not an order number!!” She was finally able to place an order for a replacement remote control. Why did it have to be this difficult? I have no idea of the quality of the sound or the picture b/c the TV can only be operated with a remote. There are no external buttons on the TV for volume/channel/input. There is only one button, and that’s for turning it on/off.
