I utilize the built-in digital tuner to access over the air programming from local television stations this model had a very VARY limited and PLAIN guide option. I tried the Insignia, Toshiba, Vizio, Samsung and LG televisions each for a few days. BY FAR the LG (my final choice) has a ROBUST program guide which is augmented by the internet connection which fills in more days unlike most guides which only offer programming information for the next aproximate 12 hours or so. The Samsung was a close second in guide and smart TV performance and customization options. The Insignia offered VERY few smart TV customization options.

Cheap dumb TV does the job well enough. The remote and onscreen interface are both laughably bad, but that’s why it’s cheap. Throw a streaming device on it and it’s fine.

I bought this TV in November and since it's in a room I don't really use a a lot, it was January, when I noticed that while watching it will flick off and on. I thought at first I had hit the on/off button, but no, it happened several times later on. If I've been watching the TV for a hour or so, it will do it may be 3 times. It's odd and I can no longer return it so I'm buying a new different dumb tv.

I apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with your Insignia 32" Class N10 Series LED HD TV. It's concerning to hear that the TV is turning on and off by itself, and I'm sorry that this issue has caused inconvenience for you. I understand that it's no longer possible to return the TV, and I appreciate your honesty in sharing your experience with us. I can only imagine how disappointing it must be to have a TV that doesn't meet your expectations. Thank you for choosing Insignia, and I hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future with a new product that better meets your needs. This was not a quality TV. The sound quality is poor, picture is average and there are no smart TV figures, it's a bare bones tv that would be okay as a backup tv

Just a basic tv, nothing fancy. Works fine. Sound is not great, constantly having to adjust depending on what you are watching or service you are streaming on.

I'm using it as a monitor. It is ok but the image is not as clear as a true monitor. Also, some web pages don't appear correctly.

In all other respects, this TV works fine, but in our area there are some fringe stations, which this TV will not recognize when scanning, even though our other 3 TV's, which are older, pick up just fine.

I purchased this TV in October 2020, it worked fine until 3 weeks ago when the screen went completely black although you could see shadows if you looked close enough. The sound was not affected. I had our local TV provider out this morning, he said it was dead. This didn’t even last two and a half years, now looking for a new one but probably will not get this brand.

This TV barely lasted a year. There were no accidents to rhe TV and the picture tube went out. I'd suggest purchasing an extended warranty so that you're not out $150 like I am and having to purchase another TV after just a little over a year.
