She lives in another town. Upon opening discover it has no base stand or remote. Had t opened prior. My mistake. It was suppose to be geek squad certified new. Wrong. Contacted beat but via chat. No resolution other than to return the item. I so t live there. She can’t package it alone. All I needed. Was a remote and two legs. Penny’s I’m sure. That’s not a option. I have bought 5 tvs this brand in the last few years. I’ll never buy another one. Definitely so t buy geek squad certified. Looked like a child boxed it upon opening.

Just terrible. I never knew a company would sell such junk and then not stand behind it. I cut up and threw away a $100 store credit. I will never EVER shop at Best Buy again.
