Backlight Quit - Worthless TV

The backlight circuit quit working. No picture, no menus, no nothing. Sound works, but the screen is completely black. This is the SECOND Insignia TV that has a failed backlight circuit in the last year. Underbuilt junk. Stay clear of Insignia.

Picture not great

Stealing customer money.

Checking price match and be advised fail because item un-returnable. Why customer need do price match on a returnable item? Everyone please note BEST BUY now is 2weeks return after purchased and the price match is same turn.

Wanted a SIMPLE TV

The other problem is insignia customer support, who are totally inept unable to correct any issues presented to them.

Picture went black, nothing works anymore

Subpar TV

Malfunctioning Settings

Color and parity were very off balance and the bright button wasn’t working at all and could not be corrected unless you put it all the way to 100%. The return was very easy with no complications whatsoever.

POORLY MANUFACTURED TV and REMOTES

All three remotes would not operate, therefore tv did not even turn on after each remote failed. ALSO Best Buys should change return policy by extending it due to snow and ice problems.

Careful, low resolution, not great as 2nd monitor
