    Well the first tv I received had a cracked screen. I had to send that back and I’m still waiting on a refund. I ordered another one and it’s been lost via UPS for 2 weeks now. Awesome experience

    The HDMI connection is faulty. The port doesn't always work. Disconnects at random.

    720p should be phased out already. Just add a few more $ and get the 1080p instead if you are on a budget.

    THE PICTURE OF THIS 32" TV IS A LIE!!!!!! SURE, I GOT AN ALMOST 32" TV-----BUT THE PICTURE IS ONLY 20" X 15" WITH A BLACK BORDER OF 3 1/2" ON BOTH SIDES!!!!!!! YOUR TV PROGRAMS WILL NOT BE ON ENTIRE SCREEN ONLY A SQUARE (20X15) IN THE MIDDLE. DO NOT BUY THIS TV FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE. YOU WILL NOT BE PLEASED. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR ORDERING ONLINE INSTEAD OF VIEWING PRODUCT IN-STORE. MY BAD!!!!

      Hello, Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to leave a review of the 32" TV. The TV screen is measured diagonally, from corner to corner. Measure from the visible corners of the screen, not including any part of the screen-surrounding bezel. A 32 inch TV is 32 inches (81 cm) from bottom left to top right of the screen, or bottom right to top left of the screen. If you are having issues with the configurations kindly contact us.

    I don't like this insignia 32" tv. It's a fire TV. This fire Tv is whack: the tv cuts off right in the middle my programs, or it flips back & forth between apps & regular tv while I'm watching my programs, absolutely annoying! I bought it Oct. '21, and was told by best buy i can't return it. I still have to turn around & buy another tv!!

    Returned it after 3 weeks. Picture pixilated into distorted large fragmented sections on the screen and remained that way during use. Best Buy was terrific during the return process. I then ordered a Samsung within my budget.

    It serves its purpose but if you turn the volum up to where you can hear it without being right in front of it it sounds like the speakers are blown. The graphics are terrible too.

    sound keeps getting a crackle noise to it. can't have it in full screen on all channels. keeps losing picture and then i have to rescan. worst tv i have bought to this day.

    This TV did not pick up any antenna stations like other brand TV's. So went back to previous brand, picks up antenna channel's easily.

    It lasted less than 20 months. TV turns on, but the screen is fried out. Didn't use it any differently than any other TV in our home. So disappointed...wouldn't buy this brand again.

    If youre purchasing this tv for the apps...its a great tv...but if you think you can connect your Wi-Fi to watch regular tv from your cable provider then this tv is not the one you need. You'll need to purchase a ruku in order to do that...but this is a great smart tv if you like a streaming tv with alot of apps...it wouldnt let me download thw spectrum tv app for some reason
