Not worth the money

This one mutes itself when it turns on. It often acts like it’s not going to turn on.

Terrible screen quality if connected to a computer

Very pixelated. And even on the TV some of the options were not available such as vivid setting in video. Terrible screen. I work in computers and these are sub-standard.

You have sent me a computer with a corrupt Microsoft 10 account that cannot be activated and will not fix it. I have spent hours on the phone with no resolution.
