NO RESPECT for loyalty.

On arrival there wasn't any tape on the edge, of screen, because it wasn’t what I paid for. Adding insult to injury: the reception was horrible, Tuner was defective and most channels were weak. NO RESPECT for loyalty at BestBuy.

Purchased for my mother in law in a nursing home in NJ. Only to find it doesn’t work just returned from vacation and Best Buy says they won’t return it! It’s not even 30 days since the purchase date!

Not worth the money

Screen broke so easily

I purchased geek squad protection but they said the tv screen is not covered. So basically I wasted my money on the tv. Not sure what geek squad covers but it doesn’t cover the screen if it’s broken.

Defective TV

I brought it back and exchanged it for the exact same TV and had the same problem. I still enjoy purchasing from best best I guess they just got a bad batch of this size and brand

Older TV's used to be 720 p, as this one is, but it is truly not worth watching. Truly you get what you pay for with this item. I bought a different tv within a week and took this one back. Best Buy was good about it.

Not useable as a desktop computer monitor

Nothing would make this look good or even usable. Returned for an Acer 27" monitor and it looks 100 times better.

Not Happy with this purchase

Drives me crazy watching programs and seeing this black dot in the middle of the screen! UGH!!!!

Garbage

Wasn't worth what it will cost to recycle it. Still in the box Talked to someone there and they acknowledged it was used and would refund - never happened.
