Arrived on time, easy set up. The sound isn't great but I anticipated that and bought a sound bar.

My son loves it. Plays the PS5 all weekend long. He definitely getting my money worth out of it.

Already have two N10 series TVs and am very happy with them. I prefer Non-Smart TVs and I like the ability these give for customization. Graet

Did not receive the free echo as advertised that I would get when I bought this tv. The service was slow but finally got the tv and it is working fine. Would like to receive the free echo as advertised.

I bought three of these to use as computer monitors. They all three perform wonderfully.

I find that open box purchases give me a bang for my buck. Just as good as any unopened item. I love the convenience of this product for it's easy interchangeable function from outdoor antenna to wifi streaming.

Didn't realize this TV wasn't a smart TV. Brought 3 of them and had to go out and buy 3 fire sticks (out with cable) lol but it does have good picture. No complaint

It freezes and stutters at least once a day. This may be a Spectrum problem. I returned the other tv because of this. Nice picture and coming from a 43” it is plenty big!!

My boyfriend and I bought this TV as a Christmas present to my boyfriends mother for her to replace her old TV in her bedroom. After finding this TV for a good sale price, I did some searching in previous reviews to make sure the TV would be worth it. I found a lot of bad reviews but just as many good reviews. I made the decision to just buy it, it can’t be that I have these problems as well. Setting it up was very easy. Things were looking good. Turned it on, sound wasn’t the greatest, had to turn it up to like 20 to hear it things clearly and then my bfs mother is hard at hearing so she had to turn it up to 40 to hear. Visually the screen had okay clarity, I wasn’t expecting much out of that aspect anyways. Not even 10minutes into testing out some of the channels, the screen time started to cut in and out as well as the sound. We thought it was the cable box, we did everything...replaced cable wires, re-setup the tv...etc. This went on for a few days, we kept thinking we resolved the problem but each time we turned the tv on, the situation continued. We contacted geek squad twice who referred us to the “home expert team”, who told us to just exchange it because we just got a bad tv from the batch. So we exchanged it but for the newer insignia, “insignia 32in 1080p” for $15 more dollars. So far things are already working out much better than this one!

It's a decent TV/monitor. The picture quality could be slightly better but overall no complaints for the price. Would recommend!
