TV died after 2.5 years

The screen is dark, but I can very faintly see the picture. I will share that this TV is used with a camera system, so it is on 24/7. But I had hoped to get more than 2.5 years out of it. Now I'm looking for a replacement. Because it it only used for display, I bought this because it is a non-smart TV.

Customer service needs help

Went to store 3 hours later, order still not ready. Found item on shelf and tried to get put on online order. Told that is not possible and wait for email. Finally asked if I could get delivered instead, tired of waiting and getting late in evening
