It was to be delivered. The driver made an attempt but not anle to find our house. I asked for it to be tedelivered tbe next day, to call or text and I'd lead them. I stated by my phone all day and did not hear a word! EVERYTHING is outsourced, including deliveries. And customer service is outsourced and a joke, very frustrating. No one answers tbe phone at the store. Never again!

At first itll take 55 mins for my phone from 5 to 100% but now takes 1hour and 20 minutes The prongs r becoming lose and the charger cant stay fitted on a wall. Has to be placed on a floor power cord. The prong started to get worse lil by lil over time. Overall its ok if u dont unplug and plug frequently. I wouldnt buy this again

When I try, I get an error message that the power charger is too weak to charge properly. Then, it takes longer than normal to charge. Yes, it was on sale. But, a good price doesn't help if it won't charge two items at once without a problem. I didn't receive a receipt. Otherwise, this would have gone back to the store.
