Returned twice due to bad packaging which damaged the item. Could also be an indication of poor quality material. Buying another brand.

I wanted something for more than 18 bottles but not a high end cooler

The wine cooler arrived from bestbuy.com with the glass door completely shattered. We ordered the wine cooler through bestbuy.com even though there were several reviews of this product arriving broken. We returned the cooler to our local best buy store. It did not have any in stock so we got a refund

good buy for price. temp doesnt seem to be most stable. only 1 zone

I have not been able to change temperature 5c no Fahrenheit

I needed a new wine cooler.the reviews weren't bad, so I ordered one. It didn't work (never cooled). Exchanged it for a second one. That one never cooled either. Returned for a refund. Very disappointing.

Destroyed most of my wine bottle labels due to moisture inside. Some peeled off completely. Most were just bunched up and looked ugly. So much for selling those bottles. Quiet motor but noisy bottle clanking while motor was running. Can be very annoying especially when there's no labels left on my bottles to help absorb the vibrations. Moving metal on glass does have a sound. Sexy black color. Light is blue and still not sure what good it does. Can't read by it. If a bottle is under it then it blocks most of the light to the rest of the cooler. Energy miser. But what do you expect with a small cooler? Mini tote doubles as a quiver for small arrows.

Only worked for about 2 weeks this was a replacement for a Danby that we bought in 2003. Saved some money on the best buy store brand and now have the hassle of taking it back.

It cools to 10 C but I can't get it to change from Celsius or adjust temp. I probably wouldn't buy it again

Cooler is a little louder than I expected it to be.

Purchased specifically for craft beer aging and cellaring, not wine! SETUP Was easy to remove/upack from outer box and was well protected by foam inserts. Got it cleaned up and running in no time. There are height-adjustable feet on the bottom to ensure it stays level. OUTSIDE Outer finish and glass front is nice, side walls are magnetic. The exterior controls are touch-sensitive and each triggers a pleasant, multi-note sound effect when pressed. The door opens/closes smoothly and quietly. INSIDE A single, glowing blue LED mounted to the ceiling illuminates the interior, and is just bright enough that light hits the very bottom. It adds a nice touch and isn't distracting in a dark room. The metal racks are light and easy to pull out when empty, but get a bit harder when fully loaded. They're not on tracks/sliders, so it's your arms vs. the weight of your bottles. Overall, impressed with the quality at this price. Definitely a good buy.

Houston's clay soil makes having a true wine cellar or basement too costly to be affordable by the average citizen. So owning a wine cooler is the next best thing. Upon doing my research for an affordable wine storage solution, I chose the 34-Bottle Wine Cooler by Insignia. I really like how this is a compressor based cooling system, as a thermoelectric based system would not be very efficient in our hot climate. It has been chilling my wine perfectly and I think I am going to use the bottom area to chill water and soda. It is ultra quiet too, I have to get up right next to it in order to hear it. I was able to store all of my reds easily in it, except for one bottle that has a bit of a wider base. It would not fit in the top shelf but fit perfectly fine in the one below it. I did get the 4-year protection plan, but that does not mean that the unit is poorly made, it is just the opposite. This unit looks and feels like it is going to hold up to daily use. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and will consider buying other Insignia products in the future.

Very nice wine fridge. Easily holds 34 regular size wine bottles, and has a soft blue LED light to view your collection. As is standard with wine fridges of this size, there is about a 10 degree variation between the bottom (close to set temperature) and top. Thus, you can easily set it at 45 or 50 degrees and store whites at bottom and reds on top. I picked up two of these on a special deal, and can easily recommend the product. Coldest temp is about 41 degrees F at bottom, so it could even be used to store cans at bottom. All wire racks are lightweight and can be removed easily. Packaging was just okay - one arrived with two small dents on the side... but a small price to pay for fast, free shipping to my door.

I did a lot of research for a wine and beverage cooler. I looked at the ones at Home Depot, Lowe's and even a few online. This one was the best value of them all. Especially when I got in on sale. I have had it a month and it works great and looks great in my media room. I use it to store wine and beer. Very happy with the purchase. A friend of mine saw it and he is ready to order one also.

I looked at many different wine fridges and an very happy selecting the 34 bottle Insignia. It is so quiet and the temp is consistent. I set it at 14 C and the bottom is spot on and the top is 17 C. I only store my reds in the fridge as I don't drink much white wine and keep them in the regular fridge. I highly recommend this wine fridge and am very happy with my purchase. It even fits magnum, but only 2.

Waited for a sale price on this item. So far it works well, it is quite and keeps a steady temperature. This does double as a wine cooler and a cheese cave. Perfect temperature for both.
