Works great highly recommend! Cool space effectively

Our living room is bigger than 350sq and is an open space going to the kitchen and it covers a good amount of the area! The air is super cool and was very easy to install. It can be a bit loud when it blasts air to maintain the temperature, but other than that no complaints!

Works great for walhat i needed it for, keeps the room cool and cozy enough to be bearable on those hot summer days , especially when this room is so close to the roof and the beating sun.

It works good but for the price I wish it wasn’t so loud. It keeps the room cool but not cold. It goes to about 62 degrees and it will auto shut off. It’s an easy set up and I love how it can move around easily.

Worked as advertised. Kept it cool as I hoped. A little noisy. But i would rather be cool and noisy than hot and quite.

Wow, this has to be the easiest set up for a portable air conditioner i have had yet. I have bought others in the past from other stores that took longer to set up and build quality was not high. Also i noticed alot of other places had alot of damaged product from mishandling. When i purchased it the staff also recommended i put it upright for atleast a day just to not damage internal components. Im really glad they tokd me this and went the extra mile.

It was long over due for me to purchase a portable air conditioner. I’ve had my unit for almost 3 months now and it’s great I’ve been doing research for a few months prior and I still couldn’t make up my mind and I had the Insignia in my cart along with others that I thought where top rated. When I purchase any product I always factor in the reviews. I reached out to customer service chat to help make a decision and found what works best for me, I finally pulled the trigger to purchase and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. It keeps my room freezing cold, which is great to beat the summer heat. Setting up was fairly easy I did struggle attaching the panels together for the window, but once I figured it out it was a piece of cake.I highly recommended buying, you won’t regret.

We bought this unit for our park model trailer and so far it has been a blessing. The trailer is about 375 sq. feet and the unit cools it off just fine. I don't think it is any louder than your standard window air conditioner so I don't see it as a problem. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.

Works fine, cools ok, little on the noisy side. It is a value for the price.

I had to wait a week to get my AC repaired during a pretty nasty heat wave. I bought 2 of these to keep the house cool. I ended up only needing 1 of them, as I already had 1 for the upstairs. It kept the house at a manageable temp during that week. I have a 2-story home that should have 2 systems, but they only put a single 5-ton system in. So, one of these is used to keep the upstairs cool on really hot days to keep some of the load off of my Central Air system, and it does great. One of these days I'll update the system I have, or add another split system, but right now it's now in the budget.

It works great and cools very fast I definitely recommend this product to anyone that is in need of cold air in a hot area

Great ac unit for my garage, especially during the hot summers! I work in my garage and do carpentry and work on my car so it’s very helpful and a big game changer and makes working during the heat bearable. I definitely recommend to any and everybody!

I'm really happy with this unit. I bought it to run off my portable generator during power outages and to have as backup if my central A/C were ever to have a problem. I test ran it for three days in the master bedroom and it produced a ton of cold air, but it was starting with air that was already cooled. It produced very little condensation in Houston humidity, but again, it was starting with already cooled air. The best feature is the window kit, a very nicely engineered, attractive piece that is easy to install. The only thing that I don't like about the unit is that it is a single hose, not a double hose. I was willing to have a single hose unit for temporary use, but I would never buy one for permanent use. I would have been willing to pay more for a double hose unit, but there weren't any in stock and there was a hurricane on the way.

The floor unit works perfect for the room it's in! Cools the room quickly and efficient. Would have given it a 5 stars, but the exhaust hose gets really warm.

I was skeptical of buying this portable AC unit because of the comments I had read of this products stating that it is a noisy device. I am here to tell you that it is not loud as all, or at least no louder than the AC unit running in typical house or apartment. It cools the room extremely fast, and is easy to set up and use. No complaints works as advertised

This AC unit works remarkably well! We had an older model of AC unit that just couldn't reduce the heat in my bedroom but this thing literally made my room too cold in SE Tennessee!! In a 100 year old house! Quite extraordinary.

The installation instructions were easy to follow. It would be best to do a full plan before putting down the foam tape. The foam tape provided was VERY sticky, so sticky that when it stuck to my hands the foam ripped. The installation instructions assumes all windows are sorta the same and well the window where this was installed had a few lips which made the foam placement different than the instructions. This cooled down the house very well, it only took 30 mins. I also used screen material on the vent going outside so that bugs will not be able to crawl into the duct into the machine.

I bought this primarily for my living room and it is LOUD. However, I accepted that until I decided to check my electric bill. My usage more than TRIPLED in the one day I had it on so now I am mostly using it for guests. I also decided to switch it to my room on a particularly hot night and it was so loud, that I maybe got two hours of sleep. Since it was on auto, it keep powering down and then powering back on, each time waking me up in the process (and I'm not a light sleeper). If you can afford the extra in your electric bill and don't mind noise, then I would probably recommend it since it actually does cool down the room fairly quickly.
