This unit has been a life saver... main ac went out upstairs and this unit cooled most of the floor and actually has helped the main unit since run.. good deal and easy installation

I did a lot of research on portable air conditioners and brands before I bought this one. We have window ones, but they are running the windows and wanted something that wouldn't put a lot of stress on the new window we just put in. This air conditioner works great. It's so much quieter than our old window one. It's easy to use and move. It keeps our family room and kitchen cool. They are good sized rooms. The only thing is that we did need to put a small bracket to hold the vent in the window. I think it's because of how our window is made though.

Works great. A little loud if you are trying to watch tv.

Nice AC, only had to drain once when really humid. Pretty loud though.

The kids have spoken, and they give it 5 stars! It keeps their room nice and cool during these hot, humid nights. Curbside pickup made it a breeze to collect, and the customer service was great; he even helped me by putting it in my car. putting it in my car.

This AC works amazing for my room. Do NOT expect this to cool down an area that is larger than 350 sq ft. The tube will not get hot if you use this AC in a proper sized room (if you were wondering about the efficiently between these vs window ACs). Of course a window AC will always be more efficient and better but if you cannot get one of those for whatever reason this one works perfectly! It will cool my room down to a nice 65 degrees, although thats too cold for me so I keep it at about 69-72.

Has been a GREAT asset to have especially in the summer months to help extra rooms in the house

Works very well. Very cold. Only thing missing is an internet connection so it back be controlled via the internet.

Our bedroom does not stay cool at all so this unit has been a game-changer. I sleep better at night! It is noisy but not so much so that it is annoying. installation was super easy!

Works very well, easy to set up. Excellent option if you don't want a window unit or can't use one due to window size. Cools very well, little bit loud though.

This has been a live saver! I have officially had it for 2 years. Originally bought because where i was living didnt have a good Ac flow. My room was reaching 85 degrees in the summer! I got this baby and its been wonderful. Nowadays i use it to help maintain a cool temp or use it when our AC goes out.

It was so easy to assemble it took me about 15 minutes to complete. I plugged it in and instantly my room became fresh. Strongly recommend getting this portable ac. Comes with a remote so when at night I get too cold I can switch modes.

During pandemic, it helped me to cool my room while working. it is little louder but performed good. Pros: Good price Good Performance Cons Not Quiet

I bought this for my granddaughter's apartment. She said it installed well in a side sliding window and works good. It's a good size for apartment space and for what is need to cool a main room and into kitchen and bedroom. I had it shipped to the store in her area for her to pick up to prevent possible theft while she was at work. One caution, if you ship to another store for someone else to pick up, add their name to the order as an authorized pickup person, or they will not be able to pick up if your name is the only one on the order.

The room Im using this AC unit is a medium size room. I live in Florida, and so far its cooling the room at a comfortable temperature. I am happy with this unit. And its a good looking unit.
