So far so good! We got this unit to replace an older Black and Decker unit and this was was so easy to install. It’s been working like a champ for the month we have had it and hope it continues for years ahead. Great product at a great sale price!

Ac went out in my house for second time in a month, landlord doesnt work on weekends and its 90+ degrees. Bought this for the bedroom. Did an awesome job!!!!!!

We live in Texas. The portable air conditioner we've had for the last 10 years decided to go out mid-Summer! We looked for a model that we could use for my husband's man cave. He games and the computer units give off a lot of heat. This size portable air conditioner was perfect for his room and helps offset the heat generated. It's slim design also helps as it doesn't take up a lot of space. He's definitely more comfortable and happier with this purchase.

Our air conditioner died mid summer and we were struggling with the heat wave, this thing was an absolute life saver. Absolutely worth it and the protection plan.

So far so good, product has performed great I'm happy with it, I've had it for almost a month used it every day non-Stop like I said so far so good.

Did what I needed while waiting for new blower motor to be installed on my central air conditioner. I used it in my bedroom for four days so we could sleep comfortably.

Excellent air conditioner. I mostly like that it has an auto feature where it switches itself on and off once desired temperature has been reached

Noisey but effective. Extremely heavy. Cools my 15' x 15' with no issues other than the noise.

Ive had this unit for a year now and use it to cool my office with many electronics. This in addition to my central air in my home. This unit cools great, i mean it’ll make a room cold within a few minutes. My main issue with this unit is how loud it is when running. I need to take work calls and game with my friends and this unit is always so loud i can barely hear whatever im trying to focus on. I actually didnt realize how loud it is until i tried another unit only $50 more. This unit is about 3-4x as loud as my new one. For nearly $400, id expect something quieter.

Bought this before the recent heatwave, had to retuen a couple other brands for not working or not fitting in my window. This one comes out of the box ready to use, with more than enough attachments to fit any space

Worked great! I was amazing by the mechanic features of the AC opening and closing when it’s cut off. And on. I would have not guessed this item would have done this.

keeps the room cool and cools it down pretty quickly! just keep in mind you’ll need a drip bucket for it

Great unit! Works to cool the room I’ve placed it in very well. This is the second I’ve purchased and I’ve been running the other for multiple years almost 24/7 during the summer months with zero issues and I expect this one to do the same.

Not great, but it works most of the time. Sometimes it's just shuts off and doesn't restart. But when when it works it works well.

After spending days reading online reviews for so many different models, I settled on this one and couldn't be happier. It works great, cools great, and doesn't leak! The only thing is that it is rather heavy so getting it up a flight of stairs meant going one step at a time, but otherwise it works perfectly.

Quite a bit noisier than the cheaper unit at full blast. And of course a month later it was on sale for $80 less.
