I bought this to replace my window unit. When I first bought it I was like wow it gets the bedroom nice and cool. After the first month it was still going strong. Then the really hot days came and it started working like a normal fan with lots of noise. At night it would get cool enough to make the room comfortable but in the day time forget about it. I'd clean the filter, check to see if any water was in it and also check for any dust build up but it didn't make a difference it just can't handle it. My window unit has the same BTU's as this but would work much better. I should have just bought another window unit instead of trying to be different. We learn from mistakes right?

Worked great even though I had it in a larger room than it was rated for. Considering it was 90 plus degrees outside. Remote is very convenient as well as the wheels on the bottom making it easy to move around.

This has kept our home cool. It’s 1200 square foot. We feel it everywhere. Portable and does not take up much space.

Absolutely excellent! This is the exact right size for my small studio, and the hose and window assembly were effortless to install. Now, if I decide to move, I can take the AC with me, much easier than a window unit.

Have been using for 4 months for 4-8 hours a day ~5 days a week. No issues with the unit so far and has a lot of power. Remote also works great.

Its perfect for a bedroom, although I have to empty the condensation bleed overflow into a bucket because the bleed tube is too short to reach the window and has no hole to connect to in the exhaust window panel, cools down nicely and quick

Easy to install yourself and does a great job when your central air does quite do it on an upper floor.

it cools OK and the set up was easy enough, but it leaks. It's supposed to beep when the drip tray is full so you can drain it, but it doesn't. It just leaks, even when the drain cap is on tight. May not be a big deal if you don't have carpet, but I do. I tucked a pizza pan under it like a doggie accident pad.. I'm going to return it.

This is a great sleek air conditioner. Definitely cooled the room was easy to install. Overall happy with this product and does what it says it could do

Works great! The item works as expected and I have had any issues thus far.

Had to run our home AC for so long to get our up stairs bedroom cool while freezing out the rest of the house. This unit cools really well. Only negative thing I have is it is loud when the compressor runs but that true with any AC.

We bought this in case our main A/C stopped working and also in case of a hurricane. We hooked it up to make sure it worked properly and cooled well. It really does cool off the room we tried it out on. So much so that when we went to the other rooms we had shut off we thought our main A /C had stopped working. It was that much cooler in the room with the insigna than the rooms with our main A/C. We are glad we got it for the peace of mind. (We remember waiting a week for the repairman to come out the last time our A/C went out, we won’t have to do that now)

Bought this for my mom and it works great! It also doubles as a dehumidifier, I highly suggest it.

The air conditioner works wonder for pur garage that was closed in and doesnt have standard a/c. It cools the space great and i love that it comes with a remote for convenience so you dont have to get up to adjust. I highly recommend this for others.
