It’s a little loud when running full steam but only for a few minutes. Overall a great value.

It works great. The only down fall would be theres only a hose for draining. It would've been better to have a removable bucket to dump the water. This was also installed in a basement window 12"x 24" Box includes 3 different size panels,only one had a hole for the vent hose. Since it was on the larger piece, we had no choice but to cut it down making sure we didn't touch the hole. If they had made the hole on all 3, I could've use the smallest panel. It does the trick but you have to be handy!

But with the heat rising, we bought it. Omg, it keeps multiple rooms ice cold. It was very easy to setup. Awesome buy!

The only issue -- the tube was really hot which heats up the room. I got a Cool-Aide and that took care of it (see the photo of the tube insulator attached). The tube went from 120 degrees down to 80 degrees, which increased the rate of cooling. It is a good product and keeps the room cool.
