Easy set up, clean, efficient, quiet, and nice to have!

This AC is good enough for a small bedroom. Will keep it nice and cool (or warm) and it is not loud to keep one awake at night. Easy enough to install if you read the manual. The only reason I gave it 3 stars out of 5 is because even though it says for a space of 350sqft, doesn’t mean it can do that. Probably a 200sqft at best.

Quiet and effective. It did the job perfectly. I was impressed.

Works great and was simple to set up. It was throwing out cool air in about 20 minuets from walking into house.

This product is easy to set up and run. Its for 350 sq ft, but I ran it in a 600 sq ft apartment and it cooled it down nicely.

Blows very cold air and works well for certain uses, fan mostly points upward/straight up, not much at level or slightly above level when using the rotating mode, and won't let you set the fixed mode yourself, it auto puts it in the middle of the rotation, which blows upward at a 45 degree angle. Sounds is moderate. But it is VERY cold air, so it definitely works. Would work best for a smallish room with a second small fan to help push the cold air toward the room, or a ceiling fan to distribute the cold air.

This small portable unit does a pretty good job of cooling of 1-2 rooms. Easy to set up. Biggest hassle is just the exhaust that goes out of a window. Would recommend to others.

This unit is really helpful when it comes to an emergency, my AC unit went out and ai bought this portable AC in the mean time, now I feel like buying another one, it keeps a good large area cool, I recommend this item.

For the price its worth it , we enjoy the cool air. We can move it anywhere whenever .

To be honest, I wanted to like this unit more. Comparing this to similar units, it does a decent job cooling the air, but it does not get as cold as other units I have. The temp only pushes down to 62 degrees vs 60 on other units, and the "swing" function does nothing at all to deflect the air, it really just blows the air up. Overall, it works, I just wish it worked a little better. Blows more air than my old 5K window AC, but the 5K unit blew colder air.

Easy to install. Cools a nice size space. Great quality for the price.

The unit itself works great. To properly vent it out of our casement window, we had to buy a longer coiled tube plus connector and a custom fabric venting kit (which we are now going to replace with a piece of plastic we have to custom cut). Insignia does not offer any spare/extension parts so we had to guess on Amazon- we could not get a connector that fit properly and had to duct tape it onto the back of the unit which leaked at first but now works fine. Buying the unit is easy peasy w/ curbside pickup- it's getting it to vent w/ our window that has been so much work- but that is the case for any portable a/c unit you buy.

It’s a good little air conditioner. It’s a little loud. That’s the only negative.

We were iffy about purchasing this product we have never used anything like this. So far so good, it works great keeping our room clean.

The unit has performed exceptionally well, and we would confidently recommend it for future acquisitions.

It works great, its not noisy as some other reviewers said. So glad I bought this
