Did the job at keeping cool. Ended up going back for one for our guest room so we have 2. No complaints so far. We used every day for a month or longer.

Will keep it nice and cool (or warm) and it is not loud to keep one awake at night. Easy enough to install if you read the manual. The only reason I gave it 3 stars out of 5 is because even though it says for a space of 350sqft, doesn’t mean it can do that. Probably a 200sqft at best.

Only problem is when one of the air hoses /exhaust hose cracked, unable to reorder via Best Buy or Insignia since out of warranty. Had to find an off brand hose which took a couple of attempts/orders

Good choice for certain rooms (esp w/ ceiling fan)

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Blows very cold air and works well for certain uses, fan mostly points upward/straight up, not much at level or slightly above level when using the rotating mode, and won't let you set the fixed mode yourself, it auto puts it in the middle of the rotation, which blows upward at a 45 degree angle. Sounds is moderate. But it is VERY cold air, so it definitely works. Would work best for a smallish room with a second small fan to help push the cold air toward the room, or a ceiling fan to distribute the cold air.
