We needed a temporary solution while our central was waiting for parts for a repair. I looked at a huge number of makes and models, but not one would handle a window as large as the one I needed. Finally, I looked at the specs for this one, which I had ignored being the Best Buy brand (Insignia), figuring if the name brands can't than this can't either. But I was wrong. This one supports larger windows than any other I could find. I liked the remote. The setup was relatively simple. It worked well. I was very happy with the purchase.

The window exhaust setup worked perfectly, the unit was loud enough to bother me but she likes the noise. It was not excessive just there and I like quiet (midea is a great window ac) overall very satisfied with our purchase.
