Its perfect, i had to remove my window ac in the winter,before i got this, its easy to use and install in the window, and very easy to store away for the winter months

Pretty decent overall but the air kinda blows to the side instead of straight out. Its not as powerful cooling wise as i had expected it to be either

MUST have proper ventilation. And have the vent/tubing not bunched anywhere or it’ll keep the compressor from turning on. Struggled a little with 350-400sq ft, but when you give it a day to equalize, it definitely brought the temp down to serviceable, even during the hot Tx summer

This is keeping an area that was previously without central air chilly and it does not run constantly

Very impressed with the quality of this air conditioner. Bought during an emergency when our central ac went out during a long weekend. It was easy to set up, quiet, and powerful. As a bonus it has a dehumidifier function that could be used after water damage.

This thing was needed because our bonus room over the garage got so hot. It's a little louder than I would have liked, but we don't sleep in there so it's fine.

Works great!! I bought 2 for my daughters rooms and they have had no complaints. Thinking about getting another one for my room. Easy to install and easy to use!

The product works really well. Just make sure the exhaust is pointed outside the room and the unit will cool off the room pretty efficiently. I was a little hesitant in the beginning, but it is a life saver when my AC breaks down, especially in Texas heat.

This AC is perfect, we have it in my sons upstairs bedroom he is a gamer and has tons if stuff going on and tge room is actually freezing cold 10/10 recommend

Solid unit. Could be quieter. Could be a little more efficient. The up front price is right and it does what it's supposed to do.

My central a/c stopped worked during over 90 degree temperatures of a week's duration. My repair plan customer service with Centerpoint was contacted with a wait for repairs of ten days. I have asthma and needed the A/C fixed as soon as possible. Buying a portable air conditioner was my only option. I found a unit at Best Buy in Minnetonka, but it was more expensive than what I could afford for a short-term solution. My salesperson kindly offered to check other Best Buy locations for a smaller, less expensive unit. He located it at the Eden Prairie store and we completed all the paperwork prior to going to that location. All I had to do was go to that store where they loaded it into my car. I appreciate all the help this sales person offered to me and it was also on the July 4th holiday. Thanks so much.

It looks horrible and your wife will hate you for putting this in the room but it works! Don't expect it to cool multiple rooms though. This is only good for a large size room. If you want to cool multiple rooms go with the window units.

It is great product. This is my second purchase. It works efficiently. I really recommend this product. Easy to install, remove end storage when you don't use it.
