Great product I would recommend it cool down my living room

Blows cold air. Will bring down temperature pretty quick in a room. I had to buy a sliding door vent kit to use for my living room. Works great.

Great machine. Works well. Machine really cools the living room well. We are glad we made the purchase.

It is quiet enough for me no more then sound of bit louder fan, so far it working well really cooled my room down quickly keeps it that way.

This air conditioner gets the job done. Had air conditioning issues and had to wait for repair and this kept us in perfect peace until was able to get big air conditioning unit repaired.

this unit really cooled the living room which is hard to do as I have a bay window that is like a suna - worked great

Will nicely cool an extension 360 windowed sun room/office that likely has poor wall insulation as long as outside temperatures dont exceed low to mid 90s. However if temp raises to or above that level it seems mostly innefective regardless of settings.

Great use if you need to cool a room that is really hot. It helped when my air conditioner broke and needed to cool the room down.

Having a room with no AC in 100+ degree weather is not fun, but this machine HERE is a life saver. Easy chills the room. So glad I bought it. The set up is easy and it's portable so storing it is also easy.

I got this for my 2nd floor bedroom. It is working fine. My only complaint is the noise. It is kinda loud.

Doesn’t cover 350 sq ft…I live in 330 & this beast neglected to cool down the kitchen. Only cooled off my living / sleep space. After extensive research which instructs to buy one covering some more sq ft than you need, I figured as much but decided to bite the bullet to buy since I caved, sick of the heat at the tail end of the hot summer in south of Seattle area, & this was the only one left for immediate pickup. Like another reviewer said, the small cracks where the outlet hose connects to the machine & window do have some hot air if you put your hand close by. Not sure that that affects its ability to cool down space though. Con is how huge this is because makes it hard store in tiny spaces. Also, super super heavy. Somehow I was able to maneuver the beast from my car to 1st floor apartment, but definitely had to cut down the sides because picking it up wasn’t happening. Doing this myself sucked and definitely took longer than if I had another person. Such are the pitfalls of solo living. If you’re able to transport in a van or truck unlike me, you won’t have to wait a couple hours before install for the liquid coolant to settle. I never used the remote. Overall, too expensive for something that doesn’t cool the space it says it does.

After two exchanges, the third unit appears to be working well but I only had to use it twice before it started to get too cool to have to use it. Hopefully, it will work without issue next summer. The first unit I received leaked. One of the wheels on the second unit broke into two pieces when I moved it, and I was told they could not send a replacement wheel so I received a new third unit. Hopefully, third time is a charm.
