Works well for 1 big room, I had to buy a house to connect the drain

It is an amazing AC, cools my whole house! I recommend it.

This Insignia portable AC is more powerful than the last similar insignia AC that I bought. The window vent kit is also sleeker, sturdier & easier to use. I just hope this Insignia doesn't stop working after 3yrs like my last one. Extra window vent kit panels & pins for sliding glass doors should be included or at least sold so that you could easily buy them. I have to try & find the extra panels & pins that fit perfectly with the window vent kit. So far I've been unsuccessful.

My AC coil failed on my home system. This supplemented very well until I have my unit repaired!

Perfect timely delivery. Ac is good so far and does the job.

We are happy with the cooling and it is quieter than another one we have elsewhere in the house. Certainly easier installation than a window unit .

So far, this portable unit has been a lifesaver! Louisiana heat is terrible when the central unit is out in an older home! If anything changes, I’ll edit to specify what it is.

When it said portable air conditioner, I was misled into thinking I could use the air conditioner in various room without a lot of trouble. The air conditioner works great but it is very loud.

I like that it can be moved around but I don't like that I have to empty it. I live on the 3rd floor and thankfully I have a second shower that is stand up. So, that makes it a little easier.

Excellent air conditioning unit. I called off the living room and the area that we need it and we were very happy.

Bought the AC unit due to ratings and price. Arrived with water plug broken off and had to return/reship new one. Put in finished attic where temps are high and keeps it cool. Also got 4 yr warranty due to plan on using it daily.

Works well, no complaints. Keeps my room cool during the hot California days. I probably could have even gotten the smaller one but the big unit wasnt THAT much more. Go big or go home!

No problems here! It is a little noisy but nothing excessive. I prefer white noise like a fan when i am sleeping anyway

I absolutely love this ac!!!! So convenient. A little work to get it in a sliding window bc you have to cut wood to put on top but well worth it. It cools down the room super fast!

Our home air conditioner when out for a couple days and the portal air conditioner worked perfectly to keep us cool.

Where to start? This thing really puts out some cold air. Great addition to our bedroom. I don’t like using central air during the spring time but the wife likes to be cool at night. Perfect fit for our room.

Just what I needed. It’s not loud at all and it’s easy to setup.

We were concerned about not buying a “familiar brand name” until we took this out of the box. This is a quality machine and it can go with you every time you need to move. The kit they give you for blocking air around the exhaust opening is genius! It doesn’t matter if your windows lift or slide, the little articulating pieces they give to to channel the hot air out is fabulous. The air Output is cold and can be controlled from a remote from across the room. With the “follow me” feature, it can tell you what the temp is in your location as well. We ended up buying one for my grandson’s room as well. If something happens to this a/c, Best Buy will put another new one in my backseat if I need to return it. Both units we purchased have exceeded all our expectations.
