I would say it works very good,, it does cools the bedroom quite well and not noisy.

Our AC went out and we were stuck for a few days before a new unit could be installed. Got this to cool down our mater bedroom at night for sleeping. Arizona summer nights are no home and this thing kept the room icy

Cools down a room great, the only problem is that you have to catch the water, that comes out of a tube in the back. Its is a little bit of work, but worth it. Just put a small pail in back. Again, works very well!

This may be small but it sure works great. Cools the room so it's very comfortable. Has optional settings for more comfort. Was on sale but unfortunately I didn't get the sale price in my email from Best Buy.

Love it. Perfect size for my wife’s home office. Wish I got this in the beginning of summer.

Works and it’s been thru it’s second season impressive

I would say this ac is as good as a window ac except way more expensive. In my opinion the extra money is due to it being portable. There is also a dehumidifier feature however I have not used it. The install instructions weren’t that great but it’s easy to figure out. I’m noticing more bugs in my room but I’m not sure if it’s because of this ac since there is some open space in the window for the hose. It’s noisy but I’m good at blocking out noise. I also have to increase my tv volume when the ac is on.

Easy installation and user-friendly controls. Good option for a smaller room with lateral sliding windows or other windows where a traditional a/c is difficult to install.

Loud. developed a buzzing sound about three weeks in that is very annoying, and the little flap that opens up to direct air flow is awkward and ill designed. Did not blow cold air on the hottest summer days - ok temp wise now (that it's not crazy hot) but that buzz is too annoying. Would NOT recommend.

This AC cooled down my living room very easily at the height of summer. While rated for 350 sq. feet it also cooled down the adjacent rooms somewhat.

I’ve got a 350sqt apartment. It works great, doesn’t get it freezing but can get it down to 70 inside when 90 and humid outside. Pretty low level noise, about the same as a box fan. Easy to install, comes with foam to seal around window which is nice. Overall good option.

Easy set up. Portable indoor air conditioner. Cools room quickly.

Quieter than I expected, and as others have said it pulls a lot of power in A/C mode. All in all though a very good value for my money!

I recommend this product to anyone!!! No complaints!

Master bedroom in house is the furthest away from my central unit and was not cooling well. Bought this and I sleep very comfortably at night now.
