Contacted Best buy and were told that everything should be in the box if it was advertised as excellent, but we could bring back the item to the store to get the parts we needed. Rented a truck because the AC unit was too big for my car. Brought it back and geek squad said they don’t have the parts I need. Talked to customer service and they said it should still be under the manufacturer warranty. Went through insignia and they escalated the case but was ultimately told they couldn’t do anything. Since we were initially told by Best Buy that we had to bring the full unit back to the store with the receipt in order for them to give us the missing parts which was delayed due to the fact that it was too big to fit upright (unit says not to lay flat or tilt. Has to be upright) and having to rent a truck to properly transport, we are outside of the 15 day return window. Now we have an incomplete AC unit that we can’t return
