    For the right installation this unit would work well but for mine it didn't. Of greatest concern was the build up of water in the pan and you don't really know it's there. I returned mine and will likely install a minisplit.

    Was looking for help in cooling down my house, and came in to the store to find this portable unit. Did not take long to set up, Unit is good, but needs one more fan speed, then I think it will cover 350 feet, also the exhause hose needs insulating to help in keeping warmth from the outside out.
