    I have had this for about a month and so far things are Okay. I like this because of the option to open and close the window. I was a bit unsure on some things so I would recommend improving the manual or providing a QR code to a video. I would also recommend a feature to child lock the buttons (maybe such function already exist).

    Arrived and the box was destroyed. Have it shipped to Best Buy, not your home. A strange smell is coming from it, like electrical. I’m going to give it some time to go away, it I won’t run when I’m not home. It works great! But the electrical burn smell is concerning.

    I have this for almost 2 years now, well let me tell you something , if you really do take care of things.. it will last. Until up to this day my AC still does its job and works perfectly fine.. no issues, however it is perfect for small rooms only. If you plan to use this for your whole apartment—don’t. Would still recommend.

    These are larger than other portable air conditioners of this size but they do the job. It might be worth trying out open box as they are as low as $90-$110
