Used it for most of the summer and have no complaints. Cooled just as well if not better than the old window unit it replaced.

Arrived and the box was destroyed. Have it shipped to Best Buy, not your home. A strange smell is coming from it, like electrical. I’m going to give it some time to go away, it I won’t run when I’m not home. It works great! But the electrical burn smell is concerning.

This air conditioner is for my son. He likes it, it cools his bedroom down nicely.

I have this for almost 2 years now, well let me tell you something , if you really do take care of things.. it will last. Until up to this day my AC still does its job and works perfectly fine.. no issues, however it is perfect for small rooms only. If you plan to use this for your whole apartment—don’t. Would still recommend.

If gets so cold I have no Choice but turning it off. Light weight, easy to hook up in any room of the house,upstairs or downstairs

Bought an open box-excellent condition online and there were parts missing. Contacted Best buy and were told that everything should be in the box if it was advertised as excellent, but we could bring back the item to the store to get the parts we needed. Rented a truck because the AC unit was too big for my car. Brought it back and geek squad said they don’t have the parts I need. Talked to customer service and they said it should still be under the manufacturer warranty. Went through insignia and they escalated the case but was ultimately told they couldn’t do anything. Since we were initially told by Best Buy that we had to bring the full unit back to the store with the receipt in order for them to give us the missing parts which was delayed due to the fact that it was too big to fit upright (unit says not to lay flat or tilt. Has to be upright) and having to rent a truck to properly transport, we are outside of the 15 day return window. Now we have an incomplete AC unit that we can’t return

Got it for my bedroom. It cools it down super fast. Got my kids one too. It us anazing. Highly recommend it

We purchased this unit for our son that has some breathing issues during the hot & humid weather. The space we were looking to condition does not have any windows, that would allow the safe installation of a window shaker. So we chose this stand alone unit & are quite impressed with it's performance! It well constructed & very quiet on any speed. All of us are pleased with this choice & would recommend to others! RR & Family

Bought this for my garage because it gets very warm in there in the afternoons. It works great! Keeps the garage nice and cool.

It worked better then I expected. It cooled so well I had to I used a blanket.

My apartments central AC went out For three days and this kept my room super cold ! It was great and doesn’t take up much space!
