Great portable AC unit

I like this because of the option to open and close the window. I was a bit unsure on some things so I would recommend improving the manual or providing a QR code to a video. I would also recommend a feature to child lock the buttons (maybe such function already exist).

Would NEVER Buy Again

Did not blow cold air on the hottest summer days - ok temp wise now (that it's not crazy hot) but that buzz is too annoying. Would NOT recommend.

Works great, arrived damaged (UPS is to blame)

Have it shipped to Best Buy, not your home. A strange smell is coming from it, like electrical. I’m going to give it some time to go away, it I won’t run when I’m not home. It works great! But the electrical burn smell is concerning.

The space we were looking to condition does not have any windows, that would allow the safe installation of a window shaker. So we chose this stand alone unit & are quite impressed with it's performance! It well constructed & very quiet on any speed. All of us are pleased with this choice & would recommend to others! RR & Family
