works great with a decent sized room. still has the air conditioner condition where it can get loud working at super low temps.

Love these so much better than a typical window unit. Can cool way more than 350 soft.

Purchased almost a month ago. works great. cools my apartment wonderfully and on low. Glad I purchased.

This AC works great in my basement. Not big, it's like an average master bedroom size and this ac unit keeps it nice and cool.

Terrible experience with this model. I have the smaller units 250 and 300Sq models which work excellent really quiet and easy to sleep with while on. This 350Sq model was terrible quality, I returned the first after a metallic rattle during the start of the compressor, 2nd unit I tried did not sound like metal against metal but the buzzing from it during use was too loud there is no way you would sleep with that noise coming from it. I would suspect cost cutting to keep price low but you cant remove things to keep it quiet. I could not recommend this to anyone.

I have this for almost 2 years now, well let me tell you something , if you really do take care of things.. it will last. Until up to this day my AC still does its job and works perfectly fine.. no issues, however it is perfect for small rooms only. If you plan to use this for your whole apartment—don’t. Would still recommend.

This has been a huge life saver. Got it right before a heat wave and it did great! Would recommend.

When I looked on line the web site said open box "New condition" and I took them at their word. When it arrived the packing box was falling apart and was held together with clear tape with all kinds of markings indicating it was inspected before packing. It looked like it was dropped from a building. When I opened it whomever inspected and packed it just through all the attachments in loose and the window slides in the box were damaged from the unit leaning on them. I spent two hours on hold to get through to the customer service [which hung up on me twice] and when I asked for replacement parts I was told "we don't have any spare parts". He "offered" for me to call technical support but told me that they would charge me. When I pressed harder he told me the only option was to return the unit to Best Buy. Great solution - my advice if you are considering open box don't do it. This unit was not in "new condition". Very disappointing Best Buy. The unit does function but I needed to make my own window adapter. Also I note there were pieces of tape and black marks all over the unit. Not happy.
