    Very loud and does a mediocre job of keeping a small bedroom cool. The noise of the unit turning off and on to maintain temperature is borderline unbearable.

    My previous LG portable AC died on me (I believe the compressor finally went out because it stopped getting cool), so I purchased the Insignia AC while on sale. So far it's been great for my small room. I love the swing vent, as opposed to the old style that didn't swing. Only issue is I'm scared that my daughter might drop things into the vent, but other than that I'm happy!
