Using it to cool down approximately 300 sq ft and it cannot keep up. I think it's a bit noisy and doesn't show the room temp on the unit only the temp you set it at. May return and get a bigger unit or might put into a bedroom. It definitely can't keep up with 350 sq ft like it says it can. Had a heat wave here in New England and the unit was struggling to keep the room cool and I've had the unit less than a week. I'm not too confident the unit can keep up all summer long when the real hot weather kicks in. I would not recommend for large rooms. This may be more suitable for a small to medium size room definitely not 350 sq ft.

The only issue we had was with the instructions; the cover page was in English but the inside was all in Spanish. The link on the website for manual never worked and I do not see it available any longer. It is a bit noisy but overall it does what we wanted :)
