Obnoxiously Loud, but Cools Decently Well.

Even pressing button has an extremely loud "beep" sound (probably to overcome the loud unit itself. Extremely heavy. Foam pieces that came with the unit were a bit tacky/low quality. The loudness of the unit when cooling can't be understated. I'm use this to cool the top unit of a 3 floor townhome. I can hear it even on the 1st floor! Also, the seal on the heat vent/pipe isn't good. It often spews hot air directly into the room rather than through the vent, outside.

Product is good but window attachment is too small

The only issue we had and cannot be blamed onto the product was that my window was too big. The window attachments for the hose does not fit so I ended up returning the product.
