It worked for two days and stopped blowing cold air. When it did work, it did the job. I returned for another, larger model.

This is great AC easy to setup, the only drawback is drain hose that comes with it is not long enough, it should be at least 3 feet

Works great. Has everything needed to vent to the outside. Keeps a large room cool. Not too loud. Have not had any leaking issues, but I keep it on a tray just in case.

Used for couple summers now, beginning to smell occasionally, tried to clean..

It works well… for one summer. We’re now most of the way through our second summer of using this in our bedroom, and it is probably working at 60-70% capacity as last summer. I imagine it will be even less next summer. The swinging fan vent creaks and pops and it doesn’t cool as quickly or as well as last year. At this price point, it is unaffordable to replace every 2-3 years, so we’re going to try out a GE model and see how it compares.

Deff blows good cold air but this thing leaks like crazy messed up my floors not a fan of portables after this

The unit works effectively but is way too loud. I would not recommend.

It is ok so far. I might've had unrealistic expectations at how quickly it can cool the space its in, but it does take the edge off the room.

Great portable air conditioner with neat options. My favorite is the oscillating door that directs air flow from high to low.

This is a perfect air conditioning unit! No more trying to balance in an open window. Took less than 10 minutes to hook up! Lots of options to get your perfect setting. It is also a dehumidifier and heater! Don't hesitate. Worth every penny.

It really did not cool down the space it just made it more humid and it’s very heavy and clunky. Definitely probably would do best in a very open area that is ventilated. Also would definitely hook up to the dehumidifier attachment and drain it.

It functions but not as expected. It cools the room, a 300sq ft okay but not really as expected. The good thing is the item and it’s part came as described. No issues.

Great portable AC. Rolls smoothly from place to place. Unlike other portable ACs I have had this one shuts off completely once it has reached the set temperature. This saves on the energy cost to run it.

We really wanted to like this air conditioner, it was a good size, fit in the window well and the auto vent was cool. However, when we got it going the condenser was rattling around when it kicked in. We looked up a fix but it sounded like a problem that can happen in shipping and not easily fixed. We recommended this unit to a friend and they actually took it back for the same reason. We recommend the Honeywell unit for 450sq ft / 10000 BTU instead.
