Was still under warranty so replaced with the same unit and now this one blows coolish air out of the boxs. So will replacing it with a new brand. Highly disappointed

No more trying to balance in an open window. Took less than 10 minutes to hook up! Lots of options to get your perfect setting. It is also a dehumidifier and heater! Don't hesitate. Worth every penny.

We’re now most of the way through our second summer of using this in our bedroom, and it is probably working at 60-70% capacity as last summer. I imagine it will be even less next summer. The swinging fan vent creaks and pops and it doesn’t cool as quickly or as well as last year. At this price point, it is unaffordable to replace every 2-3 years, so we’re going to try out a GE model and see how it compares.
