Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. If you think the bottom drain outlet is hard to drain water, you can use the upper drain outlet to drain water which require you use a drain hose on upper drain outlet all the time.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. If the air conditioner keeps shutting off you can hold the constant fan button for 3 seconds to keep the fan work constantly.

The air feels cool if you are standing next to the vent/air but did not make much of a substantial change to the environment about 3 feet from the AC. After some research we decided a window unit or a mini split would serve us best.

Ok for the price but won’t run overnight
