The remote was missing. The unit works great just sucks that it’s considered excellent condition and is missing the remote.

Received one with missing filter and filter holder, and large marks on the sides. Went to a store to sort it out. Only option I had was to return it a buy a new one.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. If you think the bottom drain outlet is hard to drain water, you can use the upper drain outlet to drain water which require you use a drain hose on upper drain outlet all the time.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. If the air conditioner keeps shutting off you can hold the constant fan button for 3 seconds to keep the fan work constantly.
