    We must have gotten a lemon, we bought this for my daughter and the first time she used it after a few minutes it made a clunking noise and won't blow cool air. Unfortunately Best Buy has such a short return period that by the time we realized it wasn't working it was out of the return period. Very expensive lesson, should have stuck with Costco when buying any kind of appliance as at least they'll work with you if you have a problem.

    The AC stopped working and won’t turn on anymore. It didn’t even last a month and now I’m out of almost $400 because the return period was only about 15 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!

    Definitely will bring the temp down a couple degrees but not impressed. I don’t know if it is defective or this is how it performs but it was on sale so I pulled the trigger on it. In hindsight I should have spent the extra couple dollars

    I'm not completely pleased with this item. I kept it because of desperation. It's constantly leaking & i have to keep emptying buckets of water. Not a happy camper.

    Your better on bug an ac unit and making a tube foe the window this ac is not good it’s loud and can freeze rooms or even keep them cold for 30 minutes

    The outside vent has nothing preventing squirrels or birds from getting in so thats a big issue. It just barely keeps a room 300 sq ft cool, wish I got a bigger one.

    The living space the unit is set up in is 275 square feet. This is supposed to cool up to 350 square feet. It’s hot as balls in here.

    A real piece of crap - didn't last 2 years

    Didn't last 2 years. Started getting weak last year but I didn't think much about it. Turned it on this spring and no cooling. I can hear the compressor and the fan is working but no cooling. Since it has a 1 year warranty it's now a $400 pile of junk.

    I bought this on July 4th, it’s July 8 and having problems with it already. It runs for a few minutes then shuts off for a few seconds and turns back on. I’ve thru all the troubleshooting and nothing. This is not worth the price. Not even if it was free. Not even a week and problems.

    I live in Chicago and we have had a few hot days so far 85 to 89 degree weather. Bought this AC a couple of weeks ago and it has disappointed me and not to mention the radianting heat produced from the back of the unit (even after correctly installing the exhaust tube).

    Bought an open box special-"excellent condition" it said, box was missing instructions in english, and the remote, also box was in horrid condition and missing the bottom of the box. Called numerous best buy customer service reps and after lots of run around, and lots of mis-direction had to send back. I was informed open box returns usually are missing the remotes by one specialist.

    My fan was blowing colder air than the portable ac So I had to issue a refund. I probably should’ve just picked it up at my nearest best buy because the box was pretty roughed up when I received it.

    The AC is okay the window mount plastic TERRIBLE

    The AC is okay but... The plastic window mount interface that stays on the window that holds the hose coming from the AC is beyond low quality. Parts started breaking of from it after a few weeks and now it can not even hold the exhaust pipe. Without it the AC is useless. So in short I can not use the AC because of a 1$ low quality plastic item. And could not find that piece as a spare part.
