Leaks but works

Best Buy said because it was past the 15 days I couldn’t return it and I have to use my warrenty and it’s literally the dead of summer. I have to have it sit in a rubber made tub now so the floor can stop smelling like mildew

Fan works fine but its not cooling, came yo best buy and the warranty expire. So kow i have a $310,00 piece of junk.

I cannot recommend.

I called Best buy and they said I could not return it because it was passed the 15 day return policy. so, Now I have to call the manufacturer to see if they will take it back and repair or replace. If I'd know it was only 15 days I wouldn't have purchased. It's the best buy brand also. Sub par for sure. It really wasn't doing the job we needed either. I cannot recommend at all.

Exhaust tub will desintigrate

The window plate is the same. Plastic just cracks everywhere. This product should have been made with durable material that can be exposed to normal heat and cold. Very disapointed

Chemical smell; turns off circuit breaker

Contacted customer support for a return and found out 17 days after purchase was too late, 15 day policy doesn’t seem fair. No help from customer support. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ok at best
