It's compact and can be plugged in either orientation: ports up or ports down. It has sufficient power for many applications and has a very clean, smooth appearance to make it unobtrusive. Having the charging cables exit parallel to the wall provides an aesthetic appeal as well as a functional one if you don't have the space for cords to protrude 90 degrees from the wall.

Same wattage so they both offer fast charging! The Apple one definitely feels higher quality, but this one is more compact, so its great for traveling or to save space around outlets! 10/10 would recommend!
