I like that you can talk to Alexa. My only complaint is sometimes the screen will freeze up and turn black, sometimes the picture will pop right back in other times you have to turn the tv off and back on. I mean it’s not really a major issue it’s just annoying to keep doing that. I lie the tv for myself personally but I don’t think I will be purchasing another fire tv anymore, their are other little things I don’t like about it also but I put up with it. It’s really up to you if you want to deal with the little things the tv does. (Given the past difficulties I had with the Best Buy here in Tallahassee FL (on Apalachee Parkway) I just chose to deal with it and not worry about boxing it back up and trying to get something different.
