Easy to install

Pricing, quality and all. It's a HDTV but some of the pics look SD. I love the fact there are so many movies on here but all the good movies you have to pay for. Overall, I'm enjoying the TV.

The first required a call to Netflix who resolved the problem and instructed how to resolve in the future. Also, to turn on Satellite TV service, BOTH provider remote and the Insignia firetv remote are required to tune in. However, I have had many hours of tv enjoyment from this television.

The first one started making a popping noise like it was arching inside the TV, Best Buy replaced it with this one, which is the same make and model and it is working great. The exchange was handled fast and efficiently and the employee (Bob) did a great job. He made the exchange fast and smooth. .

Great TV but have one problem

The picture is awesome and the sound quality is amazing. The only issue I have is that my tv keeps turning on by itself and I have no idea why. If I didn’t do this, it would be 5 stars.
