The warranty doesn't cover this issue is what I was told and couldn't receive repair, refund or an exchange. I purchased it on Feb. 3, 2019.

Was then notified me that they couldn't fulfill it at that store so i changed pick up location big problem was my echo dot was at tje original location. I was unable to get by the other location to pick it up in time and the cancelled the order, so i missed my bonus black friday dot.

Junk - remote died after just over a year

After just over a year, the remote stopped working completely (brand new batteries) and there is no other way to work the tv. At least my other TVs had buttons on the TVs themselves. It won't even turn off, it had to be unplugged.

I have to turn it off then plug out the then plug in again , then it connects with the network. Otherwise it keeps on searching for the network. I think you get what you pay for! & I don't have the timeframe on which I can return the product. So disappointed.

I bought a new remote but you need to "pair" the remote with the TV but you can't get to the settings menu to do that without a working remote. What a BS catch 22.
