I found a tool online called adbLink that allows you to link to the TV and reprogram it. Once I did that, its' good until another update hits. Then reprogram again...

There's sound but no picture. I've tried everything they told me to do to fix it and still it won't work. This really upsets me, now I have to buy a new Tv.

Remotes work on other amazon TVs so it’s not the remote. Unfortunately for us we set this up after we could return the tv.

However, it was missing the power cable and all the screws for the stand. Despite this, the TV is fast and was in good condition. I was able to use a power cord from an old PlayStation 3.

It constantly flashes green and screen acts up all the time. Now if you have a input like a xbox it's ok. But this as a stand alone is trash.
