Disappointed in Insignia

My main concern is the screen blacks out as it changes channels which is hard on my eyes. My husband purchased another brand a month prior and it does not exhibit this flaw.

You get what you pay for...

Goes back to home or changes input without being touched. Randomly turns off. I wish I would have paid the extra for a better TV.

I understand that a new TV is an exciting purchase to just be ruined by a malfunction. The 15-day return period is a policy offered by Best Buy as a store. The Extended Warranty and Manufacturer's Warranty are different policies and managed differently. Please, give us a call at 877-467-4289 for further orientation on how to apply it.

Controls don’t work after just 6 months

Can't find replacement remote!

I loved it, until some of the functions on the remote stopped working. Well guess what? This remote is no longer available! Exact remote on Ebay is $69!!! I bought one from Best Buy for $35 that said it WOULD DEFINITELY work on this model, but not all of the functions work, even after doing everything over and over the instructions said to do. There are lots of remotes available for other models of Insignia TVs, but NOT THIS ONE! Now I basically have a TV I can't use because I can't find a remote with total functionality!

Don't buy an Insignia TV.

Does it's own thing

Like turn off in the middle of me watching a movie or a show (and not in the way it's supposed to), exit out of an app in the middle of a show, randomly turn the volume all the way up, and freeze periodically. At first, it was tolerable because it happened maybe once or twice before. Now, it seems to happen every single time I turn the tv on.

This TV sucks

It did not come out of the box until August 27th. Now it no longer works. When you turn it on all you get is a white fuzzy screen. According to the internet it is probably a software malfunction? This is ridiculous. I used the TV 4 weeks and not even daily! Don’t buy Insignia! This has never happened with my Sony TVs

Does not have mirror capacity

Today I could hear sound but no picture. I contacted the tech support number the agent in the chat room gave me...I was transferred around to three different departments and then to another department where I was placed on eternal hold, I was on the call for 50 minutes and decided to hang up...no resolution..would not recommend.

Decent for the money

Thank you for the feedback. You can always connect a Roku stick into any of the HDMI ports of the TV and enjoy online content the way you like. It is also possible to turn on the Power ON feature, so it always turns ON directly to the Roku Stick.

I hate this TV with a Passion.

It lags, freezes and gets stuck on switching between apps CONSTANTLY. We ended up buying a Google Chromcast w/ Google TV and that has helped so much. As a TV, its fine. As a "smart" tv and a streaming tv, its awful. Just get another Smart TV or just a regularly TV with a streaming device. Otherwise, steer clear.
