Great Deal for the Money

Only problem is the settings are hard to access and you can't see what you are adjusting. It took me a long time to get the picture to look good. Sound is very loud and clear. Lots of ports and good apps. Another problem is setting it to turn on to the cable box directly. You can use the "last input" setting for the default when you turn on the TV, but it doesn't always work.

After 2 years the remote stopped working other than the on off switch. The other annoying thing is Hulu doesn't work well with it. The screen will turn black and only play sound, and sometimes random shows won't play. It's like this tv can't get the Hulu updates and that's the main reason for this TV. We use Hulu instead of cable.

I bought it as an “open box” item, but the tag on the box stated that it was in excellent condition, and it is. Even at regular retail price, I’d say this is a good buy for a 39” 1080p smart TV. The size of the screen can easily be seen from across the room, and the picture quality is great.
