Managed to get this TV on black friday for $179.99. We were looking for an extra TV for the bedroom, so we didn't need too expensive of a TV with all the bells and whistles. This was the perfect TV for us. Its light weight, and mounted to the wall with ease. Inputs were easy to access on the side. This TV produces a very sharp and clear pictures, has amazing colors and deep black levels. Would be a bit small for a living room TV, but was perfect for the bedroom.

I'm using it primarily for moving it around the house when i want a tv in a pecial place or two tv' for a game. It's light, easy to hook up and works great. Definitely not a top end model but the picture and sound is great for the price point. My last tv I got ( element from target ) didn't come close to this one

This TV was so easy to install, it got me right away. It's exactly as described in write up and perfect for family room use. I'm also planning on using it for guest bedroom when needed.....Its streamlined light weight allows easy transport from room to room. Great clarity, color, and fantastic price point.

I was in the market for an inexpensive TV for my backyard/garage for the summer. I decided to check for open box items at my local store - and found this great TV. The picture is good - more like a 120 than a 60Hz, the size is perfect for my garage and the price - well that was just perfect for my budget!

I bought this TV for my bedroom, I'm getting old and needed something bigger that I can see without my glasses. The picture quality is good from 6-12 feet. If you are closer it's a little grainy. Easy to set up and nice and light. I would definitely buy it again, great price too.

I gave the tv 4 stars because that's what it deserves. It's a good size tv for not much money but don't fool yourself into expecting too much from the picture. Over all the tv does well with colors, shows like The Simpsons look very good. However, it does poorly with black and dark colors. Low light scenes are very grainy and there is a good amount of ghosting with fast action. Sound is good and it's user interface is simple. The only real gripe I can come up with is its feet are a bit flimsy, other than that it's quite good. For the money I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better tv as long as you can live with its limitations.

I purchased this TV for my exercise/game room. It has a great picture when gaming, and the cost was affordable. On average I use the TV 10-15 hours a week, so I wasn't looking to spend $$$$$. The 720p is great for gaming, so don't let anyone tell you different. Most games are set for only 720p.. Check the back of the disc box. My first thought was not to buy because of the 720p, but after doing my research it was a good buy.

I purchased this television after returning a smaller (32-inch) Vizio that I purchased from Best Buy that had a horrible picture, and after about 5 days of messing with the settings I couldn't stand it and exchanged it for this television. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a store-brand television, but did some research and reading of other reviews and decided for the money, I couldn't go wrong. So far it has been a great television, I have not had a single problem with it, great picture, great sound (at start up it shows a DTS sound logo) and it seems to make a difference since this is the best sounding tv I have had so far. Another thing I like about this television, and it's price point, is the fact it still has 3 HDMI ports, most televisions now only have 2 and that would cause me to have to unplug one thing to use another, but now that is a thing of the past, just wish there was a Component input instead of Composite input

My Wife and I have bought 2 of these TVs from Best Buy. You cannot get a TV for this size for the price that Best offers it for. We have went to a lot of stores in person as well as on line and no one has a better deal. We have one for each of our Grandchildren and we have not had any trouble with them at all. Easy to operate. Keep in mind it is not the highest res TV out there, but it is great for the kids to watch there animated movies on.

It's a great TV for a great price. Kiddo saved up his money and earned this wonderful TV for himself. Very pleased with this purchase. Easy set up, light weight.

Hot this for my daughter.she is pleasantly pleased with the t v .say picture is great it's light so she can change rooms.sound is clear. Easy hookup.

Good picture, easy to hook up. Very stable. The volume is a little soft, but speakers fixes that easy enough.

The size is perfect for a bedroom. The only catch is the 720p. If you are used to watching 1080 or better, the screen will look a little pixelated, but this can be smoothed out by adjusting the settings. Otherwise, this is a great tv and very happy with my purchase. Make sure you check the surface size you have to set legs on, unless you are hanging on a wall, I believe the feet are about 31 inches apart. Sound is also very nice with this tv.

This was the largest TV that would fit in our corner TV/entertainment cabinet. Most TVs in this class are 40 inches (diag. measurement) but this 39 inch TV fit well into our existing furniture. We wanted something bigger than a 32 inch. TV picture quality is good, sound is OK. It does take a couple of seconds to come on, but most TVs seem to be like this. No problems, but we have only had it for about 1 month.

I have looked for over a year to find a TV that would fit into my entertainment center. 36 inches use to be standard - now there is no such size. The actual size of this 39 inch TV fits perfect into my cabinet. Thank goodness I found this. Its a great fit and a great TV.

Correct size for cabinet, light weight and easy to operate with a great reception

The picture of this television is very good. We were looking for a TV, reasonably large, with a decent picture, decent sound, and simple to use. We didn't have a lot of extra money at the time, so for the price, this television is quite adequate. Of course, if you spent more money, you'd be able to get a TV with better clarity, etc., but this isn't the television we would be looking at most of the time, so it's excellent for our purposes.

Bought this tv to replace our 32 inch in the bedroom that died. Once you adjust the sound it really is loud. Past reviewers mentioned sound as an issue. We like the picture and price was very reasonable for the size. Since our old 32 inch had a large boarder, the 39 inch was exactly the same size box so we didn't have change anything on the wall mount. We are happy with this purchase.
